Our History
Sema Foundation was founded by dedicated Arizonians back in 2004 to build bridges among local communities and to foster mutual understanding among individuals from different walks of life.
Over the last decade, our non-profit organization provided instrumental work focusing on four areas: charity, education, outreach and culture. It is our promise as Sema Foundation to strive to provide innovative and effective programs that will have significant and lasting impact in our richly diverse society.

First statewide premiere of Movie “Love is A Verb” was held in ASU and UofA.2013
AZTA Friendship Dinner
Hosted Friendship Dinner partnership with AZTA for legislatures and elected officials.2012
Tucson Meet Yourself
First Tucson Meet Yourself Attendance was organized successfully; which led to becoming one of the pioneers of the organization as many years to come.2011
Gabrielle Giffords
Former Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle (Gabby) Giffords was named recipient of FID Peace Awards for her services to community.2009
Legislative Luncheon
First Legislative Luncheon was held at Senate Building which 67 of 90 selected representatives attended the event.the center
